I'm really excited to say we have our very first REAL booking, not family or friends! I can't wait to host our guests and introduce them to the area. Great news, but of course, the pressure is on. Here is what I've learned in the last few weeks:
"If you don't like how you FEEL about something, change the way you THINK about it." (Buddhist saying).
No amount of my stressing will make the progress go faster. I choose to believe "Time will expand to meet my needs."
Things have a way of working out even if you can't see it right now. Initially, we had a hard time finding a plumber and electrician but eventually hired two nice young fellows, just starting out. It was the perfect fit, and worth the wait to find them.
I have faith that we are on track for this new journey and am learning to trust the process and our new found skills. Even though I sliced a finger on a nail, and banged another one with the Staple Hammer (really hurt!) it is still fun. Drywall this weekend
